Welcome to our studio! The Sumara Pole Fitness and Dance Center is centrally located off of Sorrento Valley Road in San Diego with easy access from the 5, 805, and 15 freeways.
Our studio features:
STUDIO POLES
- 9 chrome poles: 45mm
- 15 feet of climbing!!!!
- We've installed what we think are the best poles in the industry: X-PERT poles by X-pole! The new X-PERT poles incorporate all the features required to meet the demands of the world's best pole performers. Now fitted with new Micro Bases.
- Our poles will accommodate women of all sizes (up to 250lbs.)
- For our advanced classes, ALL studio poles are unlocked to SPIN!
STAGES
- 2 pole stages for performances and that ever important photo op for Facebook!
- Our stages are also available for rent.
LIGHTS
Who are we kidding? NO ONE looks good in overhead fluorescent lighting! Riiiiight!?? That's why for select classes, we use floor lamps to create a subtle glow – the perfect ambiance to accentuate your sexy. That's right, we're bringing sexy back!
AMENITIES
- Dressing room
- Snacks for Purchase (Sports Drinks, Water, Trail Mix, Popcorn)
- In-studio sink to wash hands and remove lotions/oils before class.
- Exercise equipment.
- Knee-pads available for purchase!
